Tingmo is a soft steamed bread Tibetan cuisine prepared from a dough of wheat flour. It is best to try with any spicy or non-spicy curry as per your taste.

Ingredients.
1: 3 cup flour
2: 1 cup of warm water
3: 2 tablespoons dry yeast
4: 1/2 tsp salt
5: 1 tablespoon cooking oil.
