Tibetan momos — Tibetan dumplings

The most favourite dish of Tibet for all occasion. Momos are made of meat or vegetables, steamed (the most popular), fried, and cooked in soup. The momos made of meat are called “sha momo” in Tibetan and vegetable momo are called “shamey momo”.

Veg Momos dough preparation steps

  1. All-purpose flour – or Maida
  2. Water

Prepare the dough like preparing the bread. it should not be very loose and it should be not very hard.

Veg Momos and Pork momos filling Ingredient.

  1. 2 gm Keema meat ( usually you can add any fillings )
  2. some chusey and onions
  3. Garlic and ginger
  4. 1 egg and back pepper
  5. 2 teaspoon soy sauce and cooking wine
  6. 1 teaspoon sugar and salt
  7. 1 teaspoon cooking oil.
