Bhagtsa Markhu is an iconic Tibetan dessert

Ingredients:

A unique and delicious taste is comparable to a sweet mac and cheese with a toothsome bite added by the “churra” or “chuship,” Tibetan cheese, which is dry and crunchy and typically made from a female yak’s milk.

All you need are 4 ingredients:
1 cup flour (I used whole wheat aka “atta” but you can use AP flour too)
2 tablespoon butter
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon churra or chuship
